桑黄多糖对环磷酰胺所致免疫损伤大鼠生长及外周血的影响

摘要:
目的 研究桑黄多糖对正常及环磷酰胺所致免疫损伤大鼠的生长及其血常规和生化指标的影响。方法 采用腹腔注射环磷酰胺法构建免疫抑制大鼠模型。将大鼠随机分成4组,各组大鼠腹腔注射相应药物7 d后,连续灌胃给予相应药物28 d,大鼠股动脉采血处死后,剥离大鼠的脾脏和胸腺,称脾脏和胸腺湿重,并计算脏器指数,血常规方法测定外周血白细胞(WBC)计数和血红蛋白(Hb)含量、蛋白质含量及AKP、LDH活力。结果 与对照组相比,桑黄多糖能使大鼠体质量、胸腺湿重指数、脾脏湿重指数、外周血WBC数、Hb含量、总蛋白和球蛋白等水平显著提高,并能阻遏由环磷酰胺所致的抑制作用。结论 桑黄多糖能改善并调节大鼠营养状况和造血功能,从而增强机体的免疫功能。

Influence of Phellinus Igniarius Polysaccharides on Growth and Peripheral Blood Cells of Rats Treated by Cyclophosphamide

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To study the effects of Phellinus igniarius polysaccharides on growth and peripheral blood biochemical indexes of normal rats or immune-injury rats induced by cyclophosphamide. METHODS Immunosuppressive rats model were induced by intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide. The rats were randomly divided into four groups, each group of rats after intraperitoneal injection of appropriate drugs 7 d, continuous oral administration of appropriate drugs 28 d, after the rats were put to death by femoral artery blood sampling, The spleen and thymus of rats were stripped, spleen and thymus wet weight, and viscera index was calculated, peripheral blood leukocytes(WBC) count, hemoglobin(Hb) content, protein content and AKP, LDH activity were dected by routine blood test. RESULTS Compared with control group, the weight of rats, the wet weight index of thymus and spleen, the WBC counts, the content of Hb, the contents of total protein and globulin were significantly increased by Phellinus igniarius polysaccharides. And coulud deter the induced inhibition of cyclophosphamide. CONCLUSION Phellinus igniarius polysaccharides can improve and regulate the nutritional status of rats and hematopoietic function, thereby enhancing the body's immune function.
