| 目的研究抗老年痴呆软胶囊中五味子醇甲含量的测定方法。方法样品用甲醇回流提取进样，色谱柱：Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18柱（250 mm×4.6 mm ，5 μm），流动相：乙腈-水（45∶55），检测波长：250 nm，流速：1 mL·min-1。结果五味子醇甲在0.046～0.92 μg之间线性关系良好，r=0.999 9(n=7)，平均回收率98.51%，RSD为1.84%（n=6）。结论本法简便，快速，准确，可用于本制剂及五味子药材的含量测定及质量控制。 |

| Abstract: |
| OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Schisandrin in Kanglaonianchidai soft capsule.METHODS HPLC conditions were as follows:Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)column,acetonitrile-H2O(45∶55)as mobile phase with flow rate of 1 mL·min-1,and the detection wavelength at 250 nm.RESULTS The calibration curve was linear between 0.046-0.92 μg(r=0.999 9,n=7).The average recovery was 98.51% and RSD=1.84%(n=6).CONCLUSION The method is convenient and efficient,and can be used for quantitative analysis and quality control of this preparation. |
