电荷转移反应与荧光光谱法联用在药物分析中的应用

摘要:
目的 介绍电荷转移反应与荧光光谱法联用在药物分析中的应用。方法 对近期国内外的相关文献予以检索,分类,整理。结果 形成荷移复合物后药物荧光光谱得到显著增强。同时应用同步荧光,导数同步荧光可以消除体液干扰,对体液不须经预处理可以直接测定其中药物的含量。结论 荷移反应与荧光光谱法联用,简便快速,方法准确,灵敏度高,检测限低,使其在药物分析尤其在痕量分析及体内药物分析中有着良好的前景。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE Introduce application of fluorescence spectrometry determination based on charge-transfer reaction in pharmaceutical analysis. METHODS Retrieve, classify and arrange documentations of China and abroad. RESULTS Charge-transfer complex can strongly enhance the fluorescence spectra, which also can remove the interference from urium and serum in pharmaceutical analysis in vivo by synchronous fluorimetry and derivate-synchronous fluorimetry. CONCLUSION The proposed method is simple, accurate, sensitive and low determination limit, so it appears to good application foreground in pharmaceutical analysis especially in trace analysis and pharmaceutical analysis in vivo.
