| 目的 探讨临床药师在规范和推进超说明书用药中的作用。方法 通过临床药师协助肾内科申请硫代硫酸钠和双膦酸盐用于钙化防御的超说明书用药的实例，阐述临床药师在规范和推进超说明书用药中的重要性，思考临床药师在超说明书用药领域应发挥的作用和价值。结果 临床药师成功协助肾内科通过超说明书用药申请。结论 临床药师在超说明书用药领域有更广阔的工作内容和提升空间，需要更多的关注和介入。 |

| OBJECTIVE To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in regulating and promoting off-label drug uses. METHODS By the instance that the clinical pharmacist successfully assisted the department of nephrology in the application of sodium thiosulfate and bisphosphonates for off-label use of calciphylaxis, to explain the important role of pharmacists in regulating and promoting off-label drug uses and to think about the role and value of clinical pharmacirsts in the field of drug use. RESULTS The clinical pharmacist successfully assisted the clinic to pass the application for off-label medication. CONCLUSION Clinical pharmacists have a wider scope of work and promotion in the field of off-label drug uses, which requires more attention and intervention. |
