| 1例女性患者因真菌性阴道炎,细菌性阴道炎外用康妇凝胶1支、1次/天,随后出现用药部位的剧烈疼痛,自行清洗后,效果不佳,约3小时后,疼痛略减轻,第二天,患者继续用药再次出现剧烈疼痛。考虑为康妇凝胶所致,停用该药,改为外用双唑泰乳膏,随访2周,患者再未出现疼痛感。 |

| Abstract: |
| One female patient was treated with Kangfu gel for fungal vaginitis and bacterial vaginitis once a day, followed by severe pain at the drug site. After self-cleaning, the effect was not good. After about 3 hours, the pain was slightly alleviated. On the next day, the patient continued to use the drug to appear severe pain again. Considering it was caused by Kangfu gel, the drug was stopped and treated with diazodine cream for external use. After 2 weeks follow-up, there was no pain in the patient. |
