藿香正气系列制剂指纹图谱研究

摘要:
目的 建立藿香正气系列制剂统一的HPLC指纹图谱。方法 采用HPLC,色谱柱为Waters Symmetry® C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相为乙腈(A)-0.5%的冰醋酸水溶液(B)梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长为290 nm,柱温为40℃。结果 初步建立了藿香正气系列制剂HPLC指纹图谱共有模式,共标定了18个共有峰,通过对照品归属法,确定了橙皮苷、欧前胡素、和厚朴酚、异欧前胡素、厚朴酚和苍术素共6个化合物,13批藿香正气系列制剂相似度为0.802~0.999。结论 本法分析时间短,重复性好,精密度高,可用于藿香正气系列制剂的质量控制。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To establish the unified fingerprint of Huoxiang Zhengqi series preparations by HPLC. METHODS The HPLC method was performed on the Waters Symmetry® C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), with acetonitrile and 0.5% glacial acetic acid aqueous solution as mobile phase A and B respectively for gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1, the detection wavelength was 290 nm, the column temperature was set as 40℃. RESULTS The common mode of HPLC fingerprint of Huoxiang Zhengqi series preparations was set up preliminary. There were 18 common peaks in the fingerprints. Six chemical compound as hesperidin, imperatorin, honokiol, isopeulustrin, magnolol and atrctylodin were identified by reference standard attribution method. The similarities of 13 batches Huoxiang Zhengqi series preparations were between 0.802-0.999. CONCLUSION This method has advantages of short time, good reproducibility and high precision, it can be used for the quality control of Huoxiang Zhengqi series preparation.
