层次分析法结合正交设计优化白莲阴道栓内容物提取工艺的研究

摘要:
目的 优化白莲阴道栓内容物的最佳提取工艺。方法 以干膏率、野黄芩苷、苦参碱、地肤子皂苷Ic的含量为评价指标,采用层次分析法确定权重系数结合正交试验设计法,考察溶剂量、提取时间、提取次数对白莲阴道栓内容物提取效果的影响,综合评价实验结果,优化白莲阴道栓提取工艺参数。结果 白莲阴道栓内容物的最佳提取工艺为10倍量水,煎煮3次,每次0.5 h。结论 优化的提取工艺方法可行,能客观反映处方配伍信息,重复性好,可为白莲阴道栓的工业化生产提供参考。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To explore the best extraction technology of Bailian vaginal suppository contents. METHODS Based on the content of dry paste rate, scutellarin, matrine, and momordin Ic, the influence of dissolution dose, extraction time and extraction times on the extraction effect of vaginal suppository contents were investigated by using analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight coefficient and orthogonal design method. RESULTS The best extraction technology for Bailian vaginal suppository contents was as follows: with ten times the amount of water, and boiling three times for 0.5 h each time. CONCLUSION The optimized extraction technology is feasible, it can objectively reflect the prescription compatibility information, and reproducible well, it can provide reference for the industrial production of Bailian vaginal suppository.
