近年来,多重耐药菌、泛耐药菌,甚至全耐药菌感染不断出现,给临床感染疾病的诊治带来严峻挑战。磷霉素因其独特的抗菌机制,在临床抗感染治疗中日益受到重视,多项研究证实磷霉素对耐药菌具有良好的抗菌活性。本文就磷霉素的抗菌机制、抗菌活性、耐药机制及临床应用进行综述。 |

In recent years, multiple drug-resistant bacteria, extensively drug-resistant bacteria, and even pan drug-resistant infections have appeared continuously, which has brought serious challenges to the diagnosis and treatment of clinical infections. Fosfomycin has a unique antibacterial mechanism, it is highly effective in the treatment of multidrug-resistant microorganisms. This review focuses on the latest progress in the antibacterial mechanism, antimicrobial activity, resistance mechanism, clinical application of fosfomycin. |
