摘要:
沉香是瑞香科植物白木香Aquilaria sinensis(Lour.) Gilg含有树脂的高价值木材,广泛用于熏香、香水和药品。本文综述沉香的化学成分及药理作用研究进展,其化学成分包括单萜、倍半萜、二萜、三萜、甾醇、黄酮、苄基丙酮、色酮、酚酸和脂肪族化合物;其药理活性为抗菌、抗肿瘤和抑制乙酰胆碱酯酶等作用,为沉香后续开发提供参考。

Abstract:
Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum formed in the Aquilaria sinensis (Lour.) Gilg, is the highly valuable product which was commonly used for incenses, perfumes and medicines. In this paper, chemical composition and pharmacological activity of Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum were reviewed. Its chemical composition included monoterpenes, sesquiterpenes, diterpenoids, triterpenes, steroids, flavonoids, benzyl acetones, chromones, phenolic acids and aliphatic compounds. Its pharmacological activity included anti-bacterial, anti-tumor and acetylcholinesterase inhibitive effects, etc. This will provide a reference for further development of the agarwood.
