苦碟子治疗中枢神经系统疾病机制研究进展

摘要:
苦碟子为菊科苦荬菜属植物抱茎苦荬菜[Ixeris sonchifolia (Bge.) Hance]干燥全草。苦碟子在我国资源丰富,药理作用广泛,除对心血管疾病具有良好的治疗作用外,其在脑血管疾病等中枢神经系统疾病的治疗上也越来越受到人们的关注。本文综述了苦碟子治疗脑缺血等中枢神经系统疾病机制方面的研究新进展,包括清除自由基、抑制钙超载、炎症相关因子和相关通路、调节相关蛋白表达等,从而推动其在中枢神经系统疾病治疗方面的深入开发和应用。

Abstract:
Kudiezi is the dry whole grass of Ixeris sonchifolia (Bge.) Hance with rich resources in China and a wide range of pharmacological effects. It not only has a good therapeutic effect on cardiovascular diseases, but also attracts more and more attention in the treatment of central nervous system diseases such as cerebrovascular diseases. This review summarizes the new mechanism progress of Kudiezi in the treatment of central nervous system diseases, including clearance of free radicals, inhibition of calcium overload, inflammation-related factors and related pathways, regulatory proteins, etc, so as to promote its further development and application in the treatment of central nervous system diseases.
