| 目的 以阿胶为例探讨“补血”功效的中西医内涵。方法 通过文献检索，从阿胶补血功效的历史记载，中西医“血”本质探讨，中医“血虚证”与西医“贫血”的关系，中西医治疗缺血常见药物比较以及阿胶补血的现代内涵，5方面进行文献分析归纳。结果 阿胶补血功效古今均有记载，被历代临床所证实；中西医“血”的概念本质不同；中医“血虚证”与西医“贫血”概念不同；中西医治疗缺血常见药物的现代研究具明显区别；阿胶补血功效存在现代药理研究基础。结论 中西医“补血”概念存在本质区别，大众应正确认识中西医补血功效的不同，正视阿胶补血功效。 |

| OBJECTIVE Taking Ejiao as an example to discuss the connotation of Chinese and Western medicine for “anti-anemia”. METHODS Through literature search, from the historical record of anti-anemia effect of Ejiao, the essence of “blood” of Chinese and Western medicine, the relationship between “blood deficiency syndrome” of traditional Chinese medicine and “anemia” of western medicine, the comparison of common drugs for treating ischemia and the modern connotation of Ejiao anti-anemia 5 aspects of literature were analyzed and summarized. RESULTS The anti-anemia effect of Ejiao had been recorded in ancient and modern times, and it has been confirmed by previous clinical studies; the concept of “blood” in Chinese and Western medicine was different; the concept of “blood deficiency syndrome” in Chinese medicine was different from the concept of “anemia” in western medicine; modern research on the treatment of common ischemic drugs by Chinese and western medicine was obviously different. The obvious difference is that the anti-anemia effect of Ejiao has the basis of modern pharmacological research. CONCLUSION There is an essential difference between the concept of “anti-anemia” in Chinese and western medicine. The public should correctly understand the difference in anti-anemia efficacy between Chinese and western medicine, and face the anti-anemia effect of Ejiao. |
