| 目的 探讨医保谈判药品的社会药房供应模式，以提高患者对该类药品的可及性。方法 通过分析美国专业药房的监管及供应模式，总结美国的先进经验及我国现有"特药药房"实践现状。结果和结论 推动我国"特药药房"的发展，需要医保、医院、药企、药店4个利益相关方形成合力，共同提高患者对医保谈判药品的可及性及可支付性。 |

| OBJECTIVE To explore the supply mode of special pharmacy to improve the accessibility of medicare negotiate drugs. METHODS Through the analysis of the supervision and supply mode of professional pharmacy in the United States, the paper summarized the advanced experience of the United States and the current status of the existing "special drug pharmacies" in China. RESULTS & CONCLUSION To promote the development of special pharmacy in China, it is necessary for medical insurance, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and pharmacies to form a joint effort to jointly improve the accessibility and affordability of "special drugs". |
