抗肿瘤药物引起手足综合征的机制及防治措施

摘要:
多种抗肿瘤药物均可导致手足综合征的发生,通常表现为手掌和脚掌的皮肤出现感觉异常、红斑、红肿、疼痛、水泡、脱皮、脱屑、溃疡等。症状轻者可导致药物减量,严重者可致停药,降低患者依从性,影响药物疗效。本文通过检索相关文献,对手足综合征的发生机制和防治措施进行梳理和归纳,以期为临床用药提供参考依据。

Abstract:
A variety of antineoplastic agents can lead to hand-foot syndrome(HFS), which usually characterized by abnormal skin sensation, erythema, inflamed, pain, blisters, desquamation, desquamation, ulcers and so on. Mild symptoms can lead to drug reduction, while severe symptoms can directly lead to discontinuation of drugs, so that can reduce the compliance of patients and affecting the efficacy of drugs. By retrieving relevant literature, the mechanism and management of HFS are sorted and summarized in this paper, so as to provide reference for clinical drug use.
