摘要: |
由于角质层的限速屏障作用,大部分药物透过皮肤的能力较差。醇传递体因能够将药物传递到皮肤深层和全身循环,且制备方法简单,使用安全而受到关注,为药物的经皮渗透提供了新的传递载体。醇传递体具有高度变形性、促进药物经皮渗透、缓释、防止药物代谢降解等优点,在药物的经皮吸收方面具有广阔的应用价值和开发前景。本文通过查阅国内外文献对醇传递体在透皮给药系统中的研究和应用等方面进行综述,为其今后在透皮领域的进一步发展提供借鉴。 |

Abstract: |
The rate limiting barrier of the stratum corneum influences the transdermal performance in most drugs. Strong points such as deep-layer skin and systemic circulation delivery, accessible fabrication and safety in use make transethosome welcomed worldwide. It is a new delivery carrier that transethosome acts as for percutaneous penetration. Because of the high deformability, promotion in drug percutaneous penetration, sustained release and drug degradation prevention, transethosome owns a wide application future and development prospect in the field of drug percutaneous absorption. To provide references for the future development in terms of transdermal drug delivery system, a brief review is summarized through revising domestic and foreign literatures. |
