摘要: |
目的 对恒古骨伤愈合剂镇痛抗炎、促进骨分化等药理作用和临床应用情况进行综述,为进一步研究和临床用药选择提供依据。方法 通过大量查阅恒古骨伤愈合剂相关书籍与资料,总结归纳恒古骨伤愈合剂镇痛抗炎、促进骨分化等药理作用和临床应用。结果 恒古骨伤愈合剂是以传统中药材黄芪、人参、红花、三七、杜仲、鳖甲、陈皮、钻地风、洋金花等组成的复方制剂,具有活血益气、补肝肾、消肿止痛、促进骨折愈合等功效。近年来动物实验及临床试验均证实其对骨质疏松、骨折、股骨头坏死、腰间盘突出症等具有显著疗效,临床应用广泛。恒古骨伤愈合剂主要不良事件有消化系统损伤、服药过量导致意识不清等,在停药或对症治疗后均能得到控制。结论 恒古骨伤愈合剂具有多种药理作用,经临床应用证实,其疗效较好。 |

OBJECTIVE To review the pharmacological action and clinical application of Osteoking, such as analgesic and anti-inflammatory, and promoting bone differentiation, etc. Provide basis for further research and clinical selection. METHODS Through a large number of books and materials on Osteoking were reviewed to summarize its analgesic and anti-inflammatory mechanisms and so on. Summed up the Osteoking pharmacological action and clinical application. RESULTS Osteoking was a Chinese traditional medicine compound, which was composed of astragalus, ginseng, safflower, panax notoginseng, eucommia ulmoides, turtle shelland, tangerine peel, schizophragma, flos daturae, and other drugs. Animal experiments and clinical research confirmed that Osteoking exerted benefical effects on osteoporosis, fracture, femoral head necrosis, lumbar disc herniation and so on. It was widely used in clinical practice. Adverse drug events of Osteoking included digestive system damage, any loss of mental faculties right, etc. However, these adverse drug reactions would be controlled after drug withdrawal or symptomatic treatment. CONCLUSION Osteoking has a variety of pharmacological effects. After years of clinical application, its clinical efficacy has been confirmed. |
