基于UHPLC-Q-Orbitrap HRMS技术的益心颗粒化学成分研究

摘要:
目的 建立一种快速、准确识别益心颗粒中复杂化学成分的定性分析方法。方法 主要通过UHPLC-Q-Orbitrap HRMS捕捉化合物的精准分子量以及多级碎片离子信息,同时将其与对照品的保留时间和质谱信息进行比对,并结合相关参考文献或Chemical Book等数据库信息最终实现对未知化合物的快速定性。结果 从益心颗粒中共鉴定出43种化学成分,主要包括有机酸类、内酯类、木脂素类、甾体皂苷类和其他类。结论 该方法可快速、准确、系统地识别益心颗粒中多种化学成分,并为其质量控制、药效物质基础研究及进一步的临床应用提供扎实的理论依据和科学的研究思路。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To establish a rapid and accurate qualitative analysis method for the identification of complex chemical constituents in Yixin granules.METHODS UHPLC-Q-Orbitrap HRMS was used to capture the precise molecular weight and multi-level fragment ion information of the compounds. At the same time, the retention time and mass spectrometry information was compared with the reference substance, while combining the relevant references or the database information such as Chemical Book and so on. Therefore, a rapid and accurate determination of the unknown compounds was achieved. RESULTS Forty-three chemical constituents were identified from Yixin granules, including organic acids, lactones, lignans, steroidal saponins and others. CONCLUSION The established method is rapid, accurate and systematic for the identification of various chemical constituents in Yixin granules, which provides a solid theoretical basis and scientific research ideas for its quality control, pharmacodynamic substance basis research and further clinical application.
