| 目的 采用HPLC测定四味珍层冰硼滴眼液中苯氧乙醇含量。方法 采用DIKMA Diamonsil C18色谱柱（4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm）；流动相：甲醇-水（50∶50）；流速： 1.0 mL·min-1；检测波长： 268 nm；柱温： 30℃。结果 苯氧乙醇在浓度5.43~163.04 μg·mL-1内线性关系良好（r=1.000 0），平均回收率为100.3%，RSD为1.1%。结论 该法简便、准确、精密度高，适用于四味珍层冰硼滴眼液中苯氧乙醇含量测定。 |

| Abstract: |
| OBJECTIVE To determine the content of phenoxyethanol in Siwei Zhenceng Bingpeng Eye Drops by HPLC. METHODS The separation was performed with a DIKMA Diamonsil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), the mobile phase was methanol-water (50︰50) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1, the wavelength of detection was 268 nm, the column temperature was 30℃. RESULTS Good liner relationship of phenoxyethanol was in the range of 5.43-163.04 μg·mL-1 (r=1.000 0), and the average recovery was 100.3%, RSD was 1.1%. CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate, high precision and can be used to determine the content of phenoxyethanol in Siwei Zhenceng Bingpeng Eye Drops. |
