| 肠黏膜屏障能够有效阻止肠内的有害物质穿过肠黏膜进入血液及其他组织，在维持机体与外环境的稳态上发挥着非常重要的作用。但机体在遭受严重应激后，易导致肠黏膜屏障功能下降。近年来，中医药的介入为肠黏膜屏障的保护开辟了一条新道路。中药可通过调控肠上皮细胞间紧密连接、调节肠道微生态平衡及激发肠道免疫应答等作用修复受损的肠黏膜屏障。本文对中药在受损肠黏膜保护及修复中的作用机制进行综述，旨在阐明中药在肠黏膜屏障保护中的重要作用。 |

| The intestinal mucosal barrier can effectively prevent intestinal harmful substances entering the blood and other tissues through the intestinal mucosa, and plays a very important role in maintaining the steady state of the organism and the external environment. However, when the body suffers severe stress, the intestinal mucosal barrier function will decrease. In recent years, the intervention of Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) opens up a new path for the protection of intestinal mucosal barrier. TCM can repair damaged intestinal mucosal barrier by regulating the tight junction between intestinal epithelial cells, regulating intestinal microecological balance and stimulating intestinal immune response. This article reviews the mechanism of TCM in the protection and repair of damaged intestinal mucosa, aiming to elucidate the important role of TCM in the protection of intestinal mucosal barrier. |
