| 1例50岁女性患者，因记忆力减退约5年，加重2年入院，头颅MRI提示，两侧海马萎缩，诊断为阿尔茨海默病伴早期发病，医嘱予美金刚片5mg bid po。患者在给予美金刚治疗的第7天突发癫痫大发作两次，停用美金刚，给予丙戊酸钠抗癫痫治疗后，患者癫痫未再发作。患者应用其他药物在此前后无改变，考虑为美金刚引起的不良反应。 |

| One Case of Memantine -induced Epilepsy |

| Abstract: |
| A 50-year-old female patient was sent to hospital for hypomnesis about 5 years and worse more for two years. Cranial magnetic resonance imaging showed hippocampal atrophy and she was diagnosed alzheimer disease with early onset. In order to modify the alzheimers disease, memantine hydrochloride tablet 5mg bid ,was taked. The patient appeared two grand mal epilepsies 7 days after taking the drug. The patient did not attack again after stoped taking memantine ,and used valproate antiepileptic therapy. Treatment in the patient with no change, therefore，it should be considered as the drug-caused adverse reactions． |
