知柏地黄丸的UPLC指纹图谱研究

摘要:
目的 建立知柏地黄丸UPLC指纹图谱的研究方法。方法 采用Waters Acquity BEH C18色谱柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7 μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸,梯度洗脱,检测波长236 nm,流速0.4 mL·min-1,柱温40℃,以丹皮酚作为参照物。结果 在12 min内完成指纹图谱分析,标出12个共有峰,对6个色谱峰进行了归属,并进行了相似度评价。结论 UPLC简便可行,建立的指纹图谱可用于知柏地黄丸的质量控制。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To develop a method for fingerprint study of Zhibai Dihuang pills by UPLC. METHODS The chromatographic condition was as follows:Waters Acquity BEH C18 column(2.1 mm×100 mm, 1.7 μm), using acetonitrile-0.1% H3PO4 as mobile phase, with a flow rate of 0.4 mL·min-1, the detective wavelength was set at 236 nm and the column temperature was 40℃. Paeonol was used as the reference substance. RESULTS The analysis time was 12 min. There were 12 common peaks in the fingerprints, 6 peaks were identified and the similarity of the fingerprint was compared. CONCLUSION The method is simple, feasible, and can be used for qulity control of Zhibai Dihuang pills.
