| 目的 探讨1例化疗期间被犬咬伤患者的药学监护，为该类病例的临床处理提供参考。方法 介绍临床药师参与1例化疗期间被犬咬伤患者的治疗过程。结果 临床药师及时为临床治疗矛盾提供可行的解决策略。结论 临床药师可以协助临床医师处理药物治疗中的用药矛盾，使给药方案更加安全合理。 |

| OBJECTIVE To discuss the clinical management of patient who was bitten by dog during chemotherapy, and provide suggestions for similar clinical cases. METHODS The process of clinical pharmacist participating in treatment process was introduced. RESULTS Feasible solution was provided to therapeutic contradiction in time by clinical pharmacist. CONCLUSION Clinical pharmacist can assist clinicians in dealing with medication contradiction and make treatment more safe. |
