目的 通过质量考察和处方筛选,制备蓝色纳米级染色剂,使之更容易透过血脑屏障,被肿瘤细胞吸收。方法 以磷脂、双氨基PEG、京尼平与胎牛血清为原料,以超声均化法制备成蓝色纳米级染色剂冻干粉,以形态、粒径为考察目标筛选制备处方。结果 制备神经胶质瘤的蓝色纳米级染色剂最佳处方为大豆卵磷脂60 mg,胎牛血清900 μL,双氨基PEG 10 mg·mL-1,京尼平1.5 mg·mL-1;平均粒径为71.57 nm,平均电位为49.6 mV,电镜下形态良好。结论 制备的蓝色纳米级染色剂冻干粉粒径、形态符合质量要求,纳米蛋白能有效裸眼示踪脑胶质瘤。工艺方法简单、实用。 |

OBJECTIVE To prepare neurospoagioma blue nanoscale coloring agent through inspect the preparation quality and screen the prescription, to make it much easier to through hemato encephalic barrier and absorbed by tumor cells. METHODS Phospholipid, NH2-PEG-NH2, genipin and fetal bovine serum were used as raw materials, prepared into blue nano coloring agent lipoprotein lyophilized powder by means of ultrasonic homogenization, and the preparation was screened through morphology and particle size. RESULTS The optimum process prescription was 60 mg soya bean lecithin, 900 μL fetal bovine serum, 10 mg·mL-1 NH2-PEG-NH2 and 1.5 mg·mL-1 genipin; the average particle size was 71.57 nm, the average potential was 49.6 mV, and it was in good shape under the electric mirror. CONCLUSION The particle size and morphology of the prepared blue nanoscale coloring agent lyophilized powder meet the quality requirement and the nano protein can effectively naked eye tracking glioma. This process method is simple and practica. |
