| 患者因子宫肌瘤于手术前15分钟应用注射用尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶2IU静注预防术中出血治疗。用药后患者即刻出现呼吸困难、胸闷、血压下降、心悸等症状,查体显示支气管痉挛、喉头水肿。经抗过敏、抗炎、缓解支气管痉挛等治疗,3小时后药物不良反应症状明显好转,患者生命体征平稳。 |

| Abstract: |
| ABSTRACT: A patient suffered from uterine fibroid was intravenous injected 2 IU haemocoagulase agkistrodon to prevent hemorrhage during operation. Immediately after injection, the patient developed the symptoms of dyspnea, stuffines, blood pressure dropped, paipitate. Physical examination showed that the patient with bronchial asthma and laryngeal edema. 3 hours after the drug adverse reaction symptoms improved significantly after anti allergic, anti inflammation, relieving bronchial spasm and so on, and patient vital signs were stable. |
