| 1例老年男性患者因急性脑梗塞及2型糖尿病入院,给予低分子肝素钙、阿司匹林肠溶片、精蛋白锌胰岛素、阿卡波糖等药物治疗,治疗过程中发现患者血压较高,加服硝苯地平缓释片降血压治疗。治疗至第9天患者双下肢出现紫癜样皮疹,但血小板正常,诊断为非血小板减少性紫癜,停用所有可疑药物,给予维生素C注射液治疗3天后紫癜样皮疹逐渐消退。患者回家后再次服用硝苯地平缓释片致使双下肢紫癜出现,调整降压药物并口服维生素C后皮疹消退。 |

| Abstract: |
| A cases of elderly male patient with acute cerebral infarction and type 2 diabetes was admitted into the hospital. He was administered with nadroparin calcium, aspirin, protamine zinc insulin and acarbose.The patient with high blood pressure was administered nifedipine sustained-release tablets in the course of treatment. Skin rash accompanied by subcutaneous bleeding on double lower limbs was found to day 9, but the PLT was normal limits.The diagnosis was nonthrombocytopenic purpura.All suspect drugs was stopped immediately.The patient was treated with vitamin C injection.Three days later,skin rash disappeared. Again taking nifedipine sustained-release tablets lead to purpura.Stop drug instantly and consumed vitamin C orally. The rash subsided gradually. |
