摘要: |
目的 建立延胡索晒干品的HPLC指纹图谱,为该药材质量的科学评价和有效控制提供可靠方法。方法 采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm);柱温为25 ℃;流动相为乙腈(A)-0.1%磷酸溶液(三乙胺调节pH值至6.0)(B),梯度洗脱;流速为1.0 mL?min-1;检测波长为230 nm;进样量10 μL。结果 建立了不同产地延胡索的HPLC 指纹图谱,计算了相似度,方法学考察的各项参数符合有关规定。结论 该分析方法准确可靠,重复性好,为更好地控制延胡索内在质量提供科学依据。 |

OBJECTIVE To establish a sensitive and specific HPLC method and a standard fingerprint for quality control of Corydalis Rhizoma dry goods. METHODS Diamonsil C18 column(4.6 mm×300 mm, 5μm) was adopted, gradient elution was applied with mobile phase A(acetonitrile) and mobile phase B(triethylamine adjusted to pH 6.0). The flow rate was 1.0 mL?min-1, the detective wavelength was 230 nm, the column temperature was 25 ℃ injection volume was 10 μL. RESULTS HPLC fingerprints of different source of the Corydalis Rhizoma were established. The semblance was calculated. The results of methodological study met the technical requirements for fingerprint. CONCLUSION This method is accurate, reproducible and provides a scientific basis for quality evaluation of the Corydalis Rhizoma. |
