摘要: |
目的 合成盐酸氯普鲁卡因并改进工艺。方法 以2-氯-4-硝基苯甲酸为起始物料,经过还原、酯化、成盐3步反应制得盐酸氯普鲁卡因。结果 目标物经IR、1H-NMR、13C-NMR和MS确证结构,反应总收率达到73.9%,纯度为99.76%。结论 该合成路线操作简便、反应条件温和,适于工业化生产。 |

Abstract: |
OBJECTIVE To synthesis chloroprocaine hydrochloride and optimize the reaction conditions. METHODS The chloroprocaine hydrochloride was synthesized from 2-chloro-4-nitrobenzoic acid via reduction, esterification and salification. RESULTS The structure of product was identified by IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and MS, the total yield was 73.9% and the HPLC purity was 99.76%. CONCLUSION The synthetic process is simple, easy to control and suitable for industrial production. |
