| 目的 探讨外用麻醉药物联合包皮环切器在小儿包皮环切术中的应用效果。方法 采用复方利多卡因乳膏于阴茎外用麻醉，应用包皮环切器行包皮环切术。结果 60例包皮环切手术无一例改换麻醉方式，VAS疼痛评分为(2.1±0.6)分，平均手术时间(6.3±1.4)min，术后并发症：出血(血肿)3.3%(2/60)，术后水肿5.0%(3/60)，无切口裂开及感染。结论 透皮吸收外用麻醉技术联合包皮环切器手术具有镇痛满意、手术时间短、术后并发症少等优点，适合在小儿包皮手术中推广应用。 |

| OBJECTIVE To investigate the application of topical anesthetic drugs combined with circumcision device in circumcision in children. METHODS The compound Lidocaine cream was performed on 60 penis circumcisions (disposable circumcision suture device). RESULTS Anesthesia was not changed in 60 cases of circumcision operation, and the VAS pain score was (2.1±0.6), the average operation time was (6.3±1.4) min, postoperative complications: bleeding (hemorrhage) was 3.3%(2/60), postoperative edema was 5%(3/60), no wound dehiscence and infection. CONCLUSION Percutaneous absorption of topical anesthetic technique combined with circumcision device operation has the advantages of analgesia, shorter operation time, less postoperative complications, which is suitable for application in pediatric prepuce operation. |
