| 目的 研究茯萆通胶囊抗痛风的药效学作用。方法 采用热板法、醋酸扭体法观察该药对小鼠的镇痛作用；采用小鼠腹腔注射组胺，尾静脉注射伊文思蓝观察对抗炎性渗出的作用；尿酸钠结晶注射大鼠踝关节的方法，建立大鼠急性踝关节炎模型，观察该药的消肿作用；采用氧嗪酸钾盐腹腔注射造成小鼠高尿酸血症，观察该药对血清尿酸水平及黄嘌呤氧化酶水平的影响。结果 茯萆通胶囊镇痛、抗炎、抗高尿酸血症作用明显。结论 茯萆通胶囊具有较好的抗痛风作用。 |

| OBJECTIVE To study the pharmacodynamic effects of the anti-gout of the Fubitong capsules. METHODS With hot plate and acetic acid writhing, the antinociception effects of the drug in mice was observed. Intraperitoneal injection of histamine with intravenous injection of Evans blue and sodium urate crystals injected in rat ankle, acute ankle arthritis rat model was established. The impact of oozing and swelling of the drug was observed. The intraperitoneal injection with oxonic acid potassium salt caused the mice hyperuricemia. The effect of drug on the level of serum uric acid and xanthine oxidase was observed. RESULTS Fubitong capsules had the significant effect of the analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and anti-hyperuricemia. CONCLUSION Fubitong capsule has good anti-gout effects. |
