脂肪酸检测方法的研究进展

摘要:
脂肪酸是中性脂肪、磷脂和糖脂的基本组成单位,根据其饱和程度不同划分为饱和脂肪酸(SFAs)、单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFAs)和多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFAs),它们在生命过程中互相转换,在生物系统中发挥着重要作用。研究生物样本中的脂肪酸种类及含量变化可以为某些重要疾病提供参考。近年来,色谱技术的发展及其优越的分离效果、分离速度,使色谱法在检测脂肪酸方面得到广泛应用。本研究详细综述了国内外检测脂肪酸的方法。

Abstract:
Fatty acids are aliphatic monocarboxylic acids which act as the building blocks of lipids. They can be classified into saturated, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids based on the number of double bonds. Fatty acids transform between each other during life processes and play the important roles in the biological system. The research of the kinds and change of content of fatty acids can provide reference for some important disease. In recent years, chromatography has be widely used based on its fast development and excellent separation efficency. This paper reviews the analytical methods for determining fatty acids in home and abroad.
