| 目的 评价喹硫平联合帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的疗效与安全性。方法 计算机检索PubMed、CNKI、VIP、万方数据库等文献数据库，以及手工检索相关文献，采用Rev Man 5.0进行Meta分析。结果 纳入研究13项，共934例患者，Meta分析显示，在痊愈率和有效率方面，喹硫平联合帕罗西汀组(治疗组)均显著优于帕罗西汀组(对照组)(P<0.05)；在不良反应方面，消化系统、中枢神经系统、心血管系统和皮肤方面进行亚组分析显示2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，不良反应分析，治疗组与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 喹硫平联合帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的疗效确切，尤其是难治性抑郁症患者获益更多。 |

| OBJECTIVE To compare the effect and safety of quetiapine combined with paroxetine for the treatment of patients with depression. METHODS Articles about treatment with quetiapine combined paroxetine versus paroxetine for depression were searched in PubMed, CNKI, VIP, Wanfang and China academic dissertation, then Meta analysis was performed by Rev Man 5.0. RESULTS Thirteen studies were included (n=934). The analysis indicated that there were significant differences between the two groups in clinical cure rate and clinical efficacy rate(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the adverse event by subgroup analysis, but the group of quetiapine combined paroxetine had more adverse events. CONCLUSION Quetiapine has obviously curative effect in treating depression, specially for those patients with treatment-resistant depression. |
