口服兰索拉唑胶囊致过敏性休克1例

摘要:

兰索拉唑是苯并咪唑类的质子泵抑制剂，为新型的抑制胃酸分泌的药物，它作用于胃壁细胞的H -K -ATP酶，使壁细胞的H 不能转运到胃中去，以致胃液中胃酸量大为减少，临床上用于十二指肠溃疡、胃溃疡、反流性食管炎，佐-艾（Zollinger-Ellison）综合征（胃泌素瘤）的治疗，疗效显著，对幽门螺杆菌有抑制作用。其抑酸作用强，副作用少，近年来临床上广泛应用，现介绍口服兰索拉唑致过敏性休克1例

Abstract:

Lansoprazole is benzimidazole proton pump inhibitor, is a novel inhibition of gastric acid secretion by the drug, its role in gastric parietal cells of H -K -ATP enzymes, so that the cell wall H can not transfer into the stomach, so that gastric acid to decrease, clinically used for duodenal ulcer, gastric ulcer, reflux esophagitis,, - AI ( Zollinger-Ellison ) syndrome ( gastrinoma ) treatment, efficacy significantly, against Helicobacter pylori inhibition. The role of acid suppression, fewer side effects, in recent years, widely used, is introduced for oral lansoprazole induced allergic shock in 1 cases
