摘要: |
目的 建立降糖保健食品和中成药中12种化学药的液相快速筛查方法。方法 采用HPLC-DAD,色谱条件:Agilent Extend C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),以0.014%三氟乙酸水溶液(pH 2.7±0.05)、0.01 mol·L-1庚烷磺酸钠溶液、乙腈为三元梯度洗脱流动相,柱温:30 ℃,流速:1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长:220 nm。结果 12种化学降糖药实现了同时分离与专属性鉴别;利用本法从28种39批样品中检出7种12批非法添加化学药品。结论 本法可用于降糖类保健食品及中成药中非法添加12种化学降糖药的快速筛查。 |

Abstract: |
OBJECTIVE To develop an HPLC method for the identification of 12 anti-diabetic drugs added illegally into traditional Chinese medicines and health care products. METHODS The liquid chromatography method was used. HPLC separations were performed on the Agilent Extend C18 column with the mobile phase of 0.014% trifluactic acid, 0.01 mol·L-1 sodium heptanesulfonate solution and acetonitrile by gradient elution at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1, the detection wavelength was 220 nm. RESULTS Twelve kinds of anti-diabetic agents were well separated and clearly identified by HPLC. Seven kinds of 12 batches of illegally added chemicals had been successfully detected among 28 kinds of 39 batches of samples on the market. CONCLUSION This method is simple, rapid, and provided a reliable way for detecting 12 anti-diabetic agents in traditional Chinese medicines and health care products. |
