| 摘要: |
| 过敏性喉头水肿是呼吸道速发型变态反应之一,主要表现为喉部粘膜下组织水肿,使气道阻塞,患者出现吸气性呼吸困难、发绀、烦燥不安、吸气时出现喉鸣音、严重者完全失音,同时伴有其他部位的水肿；其诱因很多,可为药物、食物、昆虫螫咬,吸入物(如花粉,某些化学气体)[1] 。药源性喉头水肿中抗微生物药物和中草药的发生率居前2位;静脉用药发生率最高，且其发生与年龄无关 [2] ；一般发生时间较短,30min内发生占72.0% [3]。我院不良反应中心通过环境、饮食、口服药物等排除，根据患者的症状判断这两例不良反应应属静脉滴注12种复合维生素引起的药源性急性喉头水肿； |

| Abstract: |
| Allergic edema of larynx respiratory tract is the immediate allergic reactions, mainly for the throat submucosal tissue edema, the airway obstruction, patients with inspiratory dyspnea, cyanosis, restlessness, inspiratory laryngeal stridor, serious tone appears complete aphonia, accompanied by other parts of the edema; its many incentives, for drugs, food, insect bite, inhalation ( such as pollen, some chemical gas ) [1]. Drug induced laryngeal edema in antimicrobial drugs and herbal incidence is ranked in the top 2; intravenous medication incidence was the highest, and it has nothing to do with age [2]; generally occurs in a relatively short time, 30min within 72% [3]. Our hospital adverse drug reaction center through the environment, diet, oral medication to exclude, according to the patient's symptoms when judging which of two cases of adverse reactions of intravenous infusion of 12 vitamins cause of drug-induced acute laryngeal edema; |
