| 目的 探讨苯巴比妥钠诱发的Stevens-Johnson综合征的临床特点、发病机制及一般治疗方法。方法 回顾性分析1例由苯巴比妥钠引起的Stevens-Johnson综合征患者的临床资料。结果 苯巴比妥钠可诱发高敏体质病人患Stevens-Johnson综合征,了解相关临床表现,及时确诊并采取有效的治疗方案,挽救了患者生命。结论 Stevens-Johnson综合征可由多种药物诱发,属罕见的过敏反应,使用相关致敏药物时,密切注意患者的身体变化,尽早确诊,采取合理措施,可有效降低致死率。 |

| ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE To investigate and analyze the clinical characteristics, pathogenesis and treatment of Stevens-Johnson syndrome. METHODS Combinating literatures, the clinical characteristics of one patient with Stevens-Johnson syndrome induced by intramuscular injection of phenobarbital sodium were reported. RESULTS A patient with high sensitivity maybe induced Stevens-Johnson syndrome by intramuscular injection of phenobarbital sodium, the patient was saved by knowing the clinical features, confirming the diagnosis and taking effective measures in time. CONCLUSION Stevens-Johnson syndrome which maybe induced by numerous drugs is rare, the changes of patient should be paid closely attention when using associated drugs which could induce Stevens-Johnson syndrome, fatality rate can be reduced by early diagnosis and effective measures. |
