HPLC测定热熔压敏胶贴剂中α-细辛醚的含量

摘要:
目的 建立HPLC测定热熔压敏胶贴剂中α-细辛醚含量的方法。方法 以甲苯为萃取溶剂提取药物,采用ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),以甲醇-水(55∶45)为流动相,流速:1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长:311 nm,柱温:40 ℃。结果 α-细辛醚在8.032~18.07 μg·mL-1内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),回收率为99.3%(RSD=0.99%),供试品溶液在室温下48 h内稳定。结论 本方法操作简单,结果准确,可用于热熔压敏胶贴剂中α-细辛醚的含量测定。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determination of α-asarone in hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive patches. METHODS Toluene was used as the exacted solvent. The column was ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18(150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was methanol-water (55∶45) and the flow rate was 1 mL·min-1. The detection wave length was 311 nm. The column temperature was kept at 40 ℃. RESULTS A good linearity was obtained in a range of 8.032-18.07 μg·mL-1 (r=0.999 9), and the recovery was 99.3%(RSD=0.99%). The solution was stable within 48 h under room temperature. CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate, and is suitable for the determination of α-asarone in hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive patches.
