| 目的 建立复方益母草胶囊中盐酸水苏碱的HPLC含量测定方法。方法 高效液相色谱法，采用Agilent ZORBAX NH2(4.6 mm×250 mm，5 mm)色谱柱，流动相为乙腈-水(83∶17)，流速为1.0 mL·min-1，采用蒸发光散射检测器检测，对数法计算含量。结果 盐酸水苏碱对照品线性范围为5.32~15.96 mg，r=0.999；平均回收率为98.66%，RSD为1.9%(n=9)。结论 本方法快速、简便、重复性好、专属性强且准确度高。 |

| OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method to determine the content of Stachydrine hydrochloride in compound motherwort capsules. METHODS The Agilent ZORBAX NH2 column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile and water (83∶17). The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. The detector was ELSD. Logarithmic method was used to calculate the content. RESULTS The linear range of reference substance of Stachydrine hydrochloride was 5.32~15.96 μg(r=0.999); The average recovery rate was 98.66% and the relative standard deviation(RSD) was 1.9%(n=9). CONCLUSION The quantitaive method is rapid, simple, highly specific with good repeatability and accuracy. |
