| 1例78岁女性患者因颈部摔伤后四肢活动不利入我院行系统针灸康复治疗。入院第2天，生化回报提示总胆固醇5.31mmol/L、甘油三酯1.99mmol/L，医嘱给予阿托伐他汀片20mg，QN。当晚患者多次口吐非喷射状白沫，无咳嗽咳痰。白天轻微。为改善该不良反应，改用匹伐他汀2mg，QN，患者口吐白沫症状减轻，但一晚仍有20ml。考虑患者生化指标接近正常值，医嘱停用匹伐他汀，未再出现口吐白沫症状。 |

| A 78-year-old woman whose extremities were unable to move freely due to neck injury was involved in our hospital for systematical acupuncture treatment.On day 2,she was given atorvastatin tablets 20mg QN according to biochemical indexes(Total cholesterol 5.31mmol/L、Triglyceride 1.99mmol/L).the patient vomited foam non-projectily withoutout cough and phlegm..symptom was slight when daytime.Considering the ADR,the patient was given ptavastatin 2mg QN,the foam vomiting symptom became slighter,reducing to 20ml per night. Considering the normal biochemical indexes,ptavastatin was therefore stopped,and later the symptom of foam vomiting was never accured as well. |
