摘要: |
目的 优选红杞胶囊的最佳提取方法。方法 以红景天苷的含量为指标,考察加水量、提取次数和煎煮时间3个因素对有效成分提取的影响。通过正交设计试验筛选提取红杞胶囊的最佳提取工艺。结果 影响红景天苷提取的主次因素为提取次数>煎煮时间>加水量。最佳回流工艺为:用10倍量水,提取3次,每次3 h。结论 通过正交设计试验优选得到的红杞胶囊提取方法可行,该方法简单,容易操作,工艺过程简单稳定可靠。 |

Abstract: |
OBJECTIVE To explore the optimum method for extracting Hongqi capsules. METHODS The extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal design L9(34), and salidroside content was adopted as indexes. Factors of water quantity, extraction times and reflux duration were evaluated for their effects on extraction process. RESULTS The extraction times is the key factor, and the reflux duration is the second. The best extraction technique was adding 10 times of water, extracting for 3 times and each time for 3 hours. CONCLUSION The optimum method obtained by orthogonal design is practicable. The method is simple and easy to operate. |
