| 摘要: |
| 目的 筛选薏苡仁提取物镇痛的活性部位。方法 采用小鼠热板法、甩尾法和醋酸扭体法评价薏苡仁醇提物的4个不同极性部位的镇痛作用，筛选其镇痛有效部位。结果 薏苡仁提取物的4个不同极性部位均有不同程度地镇痛作用，其中以石油醚部位和乙酸乙酯部位效果显著。结论 薏苡仁提取物具有镇痛作用，其活性成分主要在石油醚和乙酸乙酯部位。 |

| OBJECTIVE To screen the antalgic fractions of Coicis Semen. METHODS The antalgic effect was observed by mice hot-plate test, mice tail-immersion test and mice writhing test, being given the four fractions from ethanol extract of Coicis Semen Decoction via the gastric perfusion. RESULTS The four fractions had antalgic effect, among which the petroleum ether fraction and ethyl acetate fraction were more effective. CONCLUSION Coicis Semen Decoction has antalgic effect. The active parts are in petroleum ether fraction and ethyl acetate fraction. |
