| 目的 比较胰岛素泵和传统皮下强化注射胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病的成本效果。方法 将115例2型糖尿病住院患者分成2组，一组住院过程中使用胰岛素泵治疗(A组)58例，另一组强化皮下注射胰岛素(B组)57例，1周后观察2组的降糖效果。采用成本-效果分析法对2组患者进行分析，效果指标选择血糖降低有效率。结果 A组的成本为616.6元，有效率为96.6%；B组的成本为512.2元，有效率为91.2%，A组的成本效果比(C/E)为6.38，B组的C/E为5.62。A组与B组相比，每增加一单位有效率，需要增加成本1 933.33元。结论 强化皮下注射胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病具有较好的绝对经济效率，但与胰岛素泵治疗相比，后者具有较好的增量成本效果比。 |

| OBJECTIVE To compare the economical effectiveness of continuous subcutaneous insulin injection(group A) and multiple daily injection(group B) for treating type-2 diabetes mellitus. METHODS Using cost-effectiveness analysis(CEA) on pharmaceutical economics to compare the cost effectiveness of the group A and group B. RESULTS The cost for group A and B were 616.6 and 512.2 Yuan, respectively. The total effective rates of controlling blood glucose were 96.6% and 91.2%, respectively. The cost-effectiveness ratios were 6.38 and 5.62, respectively. To increase one unit effective rate in group A need to raise the cost of 1 933.33 Yuan. CONCLUSION Group B has higher absolute economic efficiency for the treatment of type-2 diabetes. But group A has higher incremental cost effectiveness ratio than group B. |
