| 目的 了解甲巯咪唑引起周围神经病的原因及防治。方法 通过药师参与总结1例应用甲巯咪唑引起周围神经病的诊治过程。结果 甲巯咪唑可以引起周围神经病，应引起临床注意。结论 在临床诊治周围神经病时，要特别注意潜在的用药史，从而提高疗效。 |

| OBJECTIVE To find out the cause and prevention of peripheral neuritis induced by methimazole. METHODS A case of peripheral neuritis induced by methimazole was chosen, which pharmacist participated in the whole treatment. RESULTS Methimazole can induce peripheral neuritis, which should bring enough attentions in clinical. CONCLUSION In clinical peripheral neuritis treatment, we should pay more attention to patient’s drug usage history, which will improve the outcome of treatment. |
