目的 探讨ADS-7多功能吸附树脂对丹参中丹酚酸B的分离纯化方法。方法 以丹酚酸B的含量及洗脱率为指标,通过动态吸附试验考察ADS-7树脂的吸附性能。结果 ADS-7树脂对丹参中丹酚酸B具有较高的吸附选择性,吸附量为95.7 mg·g-1(干树脂),甲酸/50%乙醇(10∶90)作为洗脱剂,丹酚酸B的纯度高达87.2%。结论 ADS-7树脂用于丹参中丹酚酸B的分离纯化简单高效。 |

OBJECTIVE To study the method for separating and purifying the salvianolic acid B from Salvia miltiorrhiza with multifunctional resin ADS-7. METHODS By using the content and elution rate of salvianolic acid B as indexes, the dynamic adsorption tests were employed to investigate adsorption capability of ADS-7 resin. RESULTS ADS-7 resin could be used to produce the salvianolic acid B with high quality. The dynamic adsorption capacity was 95.7 mg·g-1 (dry resin), the purity of the salvianolic acid B was 87.2% when eluted with formic acid/50% ethanol (10∶90). CONCLUSION It is a simple and efficient method to separate the salvianolic acid B from Salvia miltiorrhiza with ADS-7 resin. |
