枣椹安神颗粒质量标准研究

摘要:
目的 建立枣椹安神颗粒的质量控制标准。方法 采用薄层色谱法鉴别方中的酸枣仁、陈皮、茯苓、桑椹、菊花,采用高效液相色谱法测定橙皮苷的含量。结果 鉴别方法专属性强,定量方法简便、准确,橙皮苷在136.32~2 453.76 ng内线性良好(r=1.000),平均回收率(n=9)为96.69%,RSD为1.10%(n=9)。结论 本质量标准可有效地控制枣椹安神颗粒的质量。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To establish the method for quality control of Zaoshenanshen granule. METHODS TLC was performed to identify Ziziphi Spinosae Semen, Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, Poria, Mori Fructus, Chrysanthemi Flos in the granules. HPLC was used to determine the content of hesperidin. RESULTS The TLC identification was highly specific. The method of content determination was simple and accurate. The linearity of hesperidin was obtained over the range of 136.32-2 453.76 ng(r=1.000). The average recovery rate of hesperidin was 96.69% with RSD of 1.10%(n=9). CONCLUSION This quality standard is effective in the quality control of Zaoshenanshen granule.
