| 目的 为我国在新医改形势下建立国家基本药物制度提供参考。方法 比较了几个不同收入水平的国家在基本药物生产、遴选、采购和配送等环节的做法。结果 通过借鉴国际经验，我们可以逐步完善基本药物物制度，遴选出真正意义上的基本药物。结论 完善我国基本药物制度任重而道远，需要国家给予足够的重视和支持。 |

| Abstract: |
| OBJECTIVE To give some advices on establishing National Essential Medicines System under the circumstance of New Health Reform. METHODS Several typical countries’ production, selection, procurement and distribution in essential medicines were compared. RESULTS We can gradually improve National Essential Medicine System and select the most appropriate essential medicines by drawing on international experience. CONCLUSION We have a long way to improve National Essential Medicine System, and need to be paid more attention and support from our country. |
