丙泊酚对线粒体功能影响的研究进展

摘要:
丙泊酚输注综合征(propofol infusion syndrome,PRIS)是一种罕见但危及生命的并发症。虽然有证据显示PRIS的病理机制可能是丙泊酚引起的线粒体疾病,然而其分子机制并不明确,并且丙泊酚对损伤的心肌细胞和神经细胞线粒体功能还具有一定保护作用。因此本文对丙泊酚引起的不同细胞线粒体功能变化及机制进行一综述,分别阐述丙泊酚对心肌细胞线粒体、神经细胞线粒体及肝脏细胞线粒体的作用机制,以期为丙泊酚对线粒体影响的药理机制学研究提供理论依据。

Abstract:
Propofol infusion syndrome(PRIS) is a rare but life-threatening complication. Although there is evidence that the pathological mechanism of PRIS may be a mitochondrial disease caused by propofol, its molecular mechanism is not clear, and propofol has a protective effect on damaged cardiomyocytes and nerve cell mitochondrial function. Therefore, this article reviews the functional changes and mechanisms of different cell mitochondria caused by propofol and elaborates the propofol action mechanism on cardiomyocyte mitochondria, nerve cell mitochondria, and liver cell mitochondria, so as to provide theoretical basis for the pharmacology of propofol's effect on mitochondria mechanism research.
