黑皮质素受体4激动剂的研究进展

摘要:
黑皮质素受体4(melanocortin-4 receptor,MC4R)是一种参与中枢调节的G蛋白偶联受体,主要存在于皮质、丘脑、下丘脑、脑干。激活MC4R可产生多种生理功能,因此本文就近年来新发现的外源性MC4R激动剂RM-493、RO27-3225和PT-141的生理功能及其研究进展做一综述,旨在为今后临床用药提供参考。

Abstract:
Melanocortin-4 receptor(MC4R) is a G-protein-coupled receptor involved in central regulation, which mainly exists in cortex, thalamus, hypothalamus and brain stem. Activation of MC4R can produce a variety of physiological functions, so the recent discovery of exogenous MC4R agonists RM-493, RO27-3225 and PT-141 as well as their physiological functions and research progress are reviewed in this paper to reference evidence for future clinical use.
