| 目的 从人文角度评价为老年慢病患者提供药物治疗管理服务的效果。方法 选取2018年1月-2019年6月在二级医院就诊的部分老年慢病患者为研究对象，由药师对其进行药物治疗管理。于管理后第2，4，6个月进行随访，统计管理前后患者欧洲五维健康量表（包括EQ-5D健康描述系统和视觉模拟标尺评分EQ-VAS）、Morisky用药依从性量表（MMAS-8）以及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）的得分，评价药物治疗管理的效果。结果 药物治疗管理前，患者EQ-5D健康描述系统、视觉模拟标尺评分（EQ-VAS）、MMAS-8以及PSQI得分分别为（0.81±0.14）分、（76.87±11.71）分、（6.52±0.87）分以及（9.02±3.79）分；药物治疗管理6月后，上述得分分别为（0.83±0.13）分、（81.14±11.19）分、（6.83±0.90）分以及（7.96±4.00）分。药物治疗管理前后，EQ-VAS、MMAS-8以及PSQI得分具有显著性差异（P<0.05）。结论 药物治疗管理服务有助于改善老年慢病患者的健康状况，提高用药依从性，增进睡眠质量，值得进一步研究与推广。 |

| OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of medication therapy management service(MTMs) for elderly patients with chronic diseases from the perspective of humanity. METHODS From January 2018 to June 2019, the elderly patients with chronic diseases who were treated in secondary medical institutions were selected as the research objects. The pharmacists provided them MTMs. Telephone follow-up was conducted 2, 4 and 6 months after MTM and the scores of European five dimensional health scale(including EQ-5D health description system and visual analogue scale score EQ-VAS), Morisky medication adherence scale(MMAS-8) and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI) before and after the medication therapy management service were counted to evaluate the effect of management. RESULTS Before medication therapy management service, the scores of EQ-5D health description system, EQ-VAS, MMS-8 and PSQI were (0.81±0.14), (76.87±11.71), (6.52±0.87) and (9.02±3.79), respectively. Six months later, the above scores were (0.83±0.13), (81.14±11.19), (6.83±0.90) and (7.96±4.00), respectively. There were significant differences in EQ-VAS, MMAS-8 and PSQI scores before and after medication therapy management service(P<0.05). CONCLUSION MTMs can improve the health status of elderly patients with chronic diseases, improve medication adherence, and improve sleep quality. It is worth further research and promotion. |
