| 混合糖电解质注射液是一种复方制剂，临床致肝损伤为罕见不良反应，通过该病例的报道，指导临床医师使用混合糖电解质时，要警惕药物性肝损伤的发生，一旦出现，及时停药，对症给予保肝药物治疗。 |

| Abstract: |
| Mixed sugar and electrolyte injection is a compound preparation. Clinically, liver injury is a rare adverse reaction. Through the report of this case, clinicians should be alert to the occurrence of drug-induced liver injury when using mixed sugar and electrolyte. Once it occurs, the drug should be stopped in time, and liver-protective drugs should be given for symptomatic treatment. |
