大麻二酚对脏器纤维化作用的研究进展

摘要:
大麻二酚是从桑科植物大麻中提取的一种非精神活性成分,具有抗纤维化的药理作用,且耐受性佳,安全性高。脏器纤维化是器官组织内纤维结缔组织增多和实质细胞减少的病理过程,若持续发展会导致脏器功能衰竭,严重威胁人类健康和生命。纤维化是慢性炎症性疾病的关键,但由于缺乏专门针对脏器纤维化发病机制的治疗方案,因此需要寻找新的治疗策略。大麻二酚在治疗脏器纤维化和改善纤维化形成方面发挥着积极作用。近年来,随着医疗领域对大麻二酚的深入研究,越来越多的人开始接受其在医疗中的应用。该文主要探讨了大麻二酚抗纤维化方面的作用机制,包括调控内源性大麻素系统、激活TRPV1通道和阻断GPR55受体,来调节细胞因子和生长因子的表达。同时,它也能减轻炎症反应并激活PPAR-γ受体,减少氧化应激,影响细胞凋亡和自噬过程,并通过调整免疫机制来完成。发现大麻二酚在治疗肝、肺、心和肾等脏器纤维化方面效果显著,并对其临床应用作出分析,期待能为本方面的深入研究提供有益借鉴。

Abstract:
Cannabidiol is a non-psychoactive ingredient extracted from Moraceae plant Cannabis sativa L. It has the pharmacological effect of anti-fibrosis and is well tolerated and safe. Organ fibrosis is a pathological process in which fibrous connective tissue increases and parenchymal cells decrease. If it continues to develop, it will lead to organ failure and seriously threaten human health and life. Fibrosis is the key to chronic inflammatory diseases, but due to the lack of treatment options specifically targeting the pathogenesis of organ fibrosis, there is a need to find new treatment strategies. Cannabidiol plays an active role in the treatment of organ fibrosis and the improvement of fibrosis formation. In recent years, with the in-depth study of cannabidiol in the medical field, more and more people begin to accept its application in medical treatment. In this paper mainly discusses the mechanism of action of cannabidiol against fibrosis, including regulation of endocannabinoid system, activation of TRPV1 channel and blocking of GPR55 receptor to regulate the expression of cytokines and growth factors. At the same time, it can also reduce inflammatory responses and activate PPAR-γ receptors, reduce oxidative stress, affect apoptosis and autophagy processes, and do so by adjusting immune mechanisms. It is found that cannabidiol is effective in the treatment of liver, lung, heart and kidney fibrosis, and its clinical application is analyzed, hoping to provide useful reference for further research in this field.
