目的:应用响应面法结合熵权法优化浙贝母(灰贝)的加工工艺。方法:以伊贝辛、贝母辛、贝母素甲、贝母素乙、异贝母甲素为考察指标,熵权法确定各指标成分权重,在单因素实验的基础上,采用Box-Behnken响应面法设计优化浙贝母(灰贝)的加工工艺。结果:得到最优提取工艺为撞皮时间95 s、料灰比0.9%、发汗时间5 h、干燥温度45 ℃,验证结果与预测值偏差为0.5%。结论:响应面法优选的加工工艺稳定性好,可操作性强,可为灰贝产地加工炮制一体化的质量控制提供科学依据。 |

ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE To optimize the processing technology of Fritillaria thunbergii(huibei)by response surface methodology combined with entropy weight method. METHODS The single factor experiment combined with Box-Behnken design was used to optimize the the processing technology, with five kinds of alkaloid (yibeissine, peimisine, peimine, peiminine, isobeta metrin ) as the inspection indicators, combined with the weight coefficients were calculated by entropy weight method. RESULTS The optimum extraction process was determined as following: crashing time for 95 seconds, material-to-ash ratio for 0.9%, sweating time for 5 hours, and drying temperature for 45℃. The RSD between the validation results and the predicted values is 0.5%.CONCLUSION This optimized processing technology is stable amd feasible, which can provide the scientific basis for quality control of huibei processing technology. |
